McColl is very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain entitlements, enabling the buyer to easily make a decision. We took up multiple policies. Service was great. His accent is a little strong at times :-) but the message gets through okay!

The timing of the call was very convenient as I had just been notified by Hbf that they were removing Health Scope hospitals from their list of providers. I always used Health a Health scope as I live very close by. Your representative when out of his way to ensure I had an alternative provider, NIB with an equally good plan at basically the same price. I was very satisfied with the result and the attitude of the representative.
